The 19th Infantry Battalion FCA unveiled a 1916 memorial plaque in Boyle on Sunday.
On a cold but sunny winters day, a large attendance witnessed the unveiling of the last of three plaques in the Sligo, Leitrim and Roscommon areas covered by the 19th Battalion.
It was unveiled by Neil McGarry, Frenchpark and Liam McDermott, Boyle.
Sunday’s ceremony was organised by members of the association from the former A and E Companys of the 19th.
