Feelystone Boyle Limited has a vacancy for an
based in Boyle.
The role is a full time position for a period of 12 months.
Responsibilities to include:
- Proficiency in the Intact accounting package to record all company transactions including supplier invoices/payments and customer receipts and monthly reconciliations etc.;
- Assisting in the preparation of annual Vat return and liaising with Revenue;
- Payroll administration and liaising with Revenue;
- Dealing with suppliers to include payments within required credit terms and payment of same via online banking facilities;
- Preparing quarterly and annual financial year end accounts and liaising with company accountants as required;
Applicants for this position must have a relevant qualification.
Good communication skills are essential. The successful applicant must have relevant experience in a similar role.
