Keash ‘King of the Hill’ to take place on July 25th

Keash King of the Hill (KOTH) takes place on Saturday July 25th commencing at 7pm with both a 5km and 10km route and also a 5km fun run.
Each route is an individual course that traverse the wonderful countryside of Keash and takes in views of the Hill and its infamous Caves.
Both routes are across road and offers a challenging course to participants.
Each routes start from Eastern Harps Clubhouse in Keash, participants will enjoy scenic routes through the beautiful local countryside, taking in spectacular views of Keash Hill and its famous caves. The 10km courses offers a mix challenging climbs, and fast descents and is an excellent benchmark the Warriors some four weeks later. The routes are ideal for both experienced runners and those looking for an enjoyable fitness challenge.

This year we are raising funds for Culfadda/Keash/Gurteen Community First Responders & Defibrillator Group who offer an invaluable service to the community.
