The amendments will consist of the following:
The conversion of units 1 & 2 from two number three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings into 4 number 1-bedroom apartments; 2. The conversion of units 3 & 4 from two number three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings into 4 number 1-bedroom apartments; 3.
