Don’t miss your last chance: The Boyle GAA / LGFA Dinner Dance will be held in Kilronan Castle on Saturday, January 14th, starting with a drinks reception from 7.15pm. Tickets are €45 and are on sale via Klubfunder (link on Facebook). Tickets also available from committee members and at Boyle GAA Clubhouse on Saturday 7th January 12-1pm – after which tickets will not be available. Be sure to grab your ticket as they’ll be in high demand this year with a presentation for both the Intermediate Ladies and Senior Men.
Table Quiz: We had a full house in St Joseph’s Hall on December 29 for our annual table quiz. Thank you to everyone who joined us, as well as to our raffle prize sponsors – Joe Simon, An Craoibhin and TotalHealth. Special thanks to our MC Junior Smith, and our quizmaster James O’Boyle who kept everyone on their toes – we hope that all of our participants had some fun! We also had lots of help from the LGFA Committee as well as volunteers from the club to make the night a success. Well done to our first prize winners, Cian Higgins, Colm Connolly, Diarmaid Higgins and Sinead Connolly. And after an exciting tiebreaker for second place, Marc O’Connor, Ciaran Beirne, Kevin Purcell and Jonathan McDermott took second place with a strong finish.

The club extends our condolences to the Sutton family on the passing of Peter. Peter’s son, Len, held the Minor Chair position and Vice Chair of the Senior Club in recent times.
