CAMOGIE
Lots of action this week with our teams all playing on the 16th of July, our U16 girls taking on Padraig Pearses in the Abbey Park at 7.30pm whilst our U12 Division 1 girls will be up against Four Roads at 6.45pm in Four Roads, this game will be followed by our U12 Division 2 girls who will also play Four Roads at 7.45pm
LGFA
Congratulations to the Roscommon Minor Ladies who will now take on Cork in the All Ireland Final on the 25th of July and a special mention for our own club players Gemma Moran, Grainne Sweeney and Holly Fitzhenry. The Roscommon LGFA Intermediate ladies are now also in their All Ireland final after their win against Westmeath with our club players Saoirse Wynne, Ruth Cox , Aisling Feely and Megan McKeon.
The U14 Division 1 girls will take on Kilbride at 4pm on the 19th of July in Kilbride.
UNDERAGE FOOTBALL
The U14 Division 4 boys will play Kilglass/St Barry’s on the 14th of July at 7.30pm in the Abbey Park. The U14 Division 1 boys will play in the 15th July against St Brigids in Kiltoom whilst the U16 boys will also play St Brigids on the 15th of July in Kiltoom.
Our U15 boys had a tough game on Sunday in sweltering conditions but went to win the Garda Cup, final score Boyle 5-20 to Kilmore/Shannon Gaels 1-12.
