Well know Boyle based Estate Agent Mike (Junior) Smith, principal in the firm of Smith, Kelly, Scott will star in an RTE TV documentary on Monday night 19th May.
Titled “Desperate House Buys”, the documentary will go to air at 9.30pm and will feature Dublin based Estate Agents surveying the rising property market after years of steady decline while their rural counterparts struggle with lower property prices.
Mike was filmed by the documentary crew in Boyle a number of weeks past.
