Gardaí are investigating if a break in at a shop in Ballaghaderreen on Monday morning is linked to a break in at Boyle Motor Works on Sunday night.
€2000 worth of cigarettes and €200 in cash was taken in the Boyle raid which occurred at 10.30pm when a pain of glass was removed to gain entry.
At 3am on Sunday night/Monday morning Toweys Filling Station in Ballaghaderreen was forcibly entered and €300 cash taken.
It is believed three males were involved in the Ballaghaderreen break in.
