Boyle Library will host ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ this Thursday evening commencing at 6.30pm and concluding at 8pm.
This workshop will:
- Define mental health and wellbeing
- How to look after your mental health and wellbeing
- Ways to build on how you are already looking after your wellbeing
- How to integrate the five ways to wellbeing in your home or organisation
This is a free workshop which will be facilitated by Teresa Keane of Mental Health Ireland and is part of Healthy Ireland at your local Library.
