Gardai are appealing for information following a ‘serious incident’ which occurred in the Cloonamahon area of Collooney, Co Sligo in the early hours of Saturday 23rd October 2021.
It is believed two intruders allegedly assaulted a man in his home while demanding money.
Gardai would like to hear from anyone who was in the area between 12:00am and 1:00 am.
They are also appealing to motorists who may have travelled the Old Dublin Road N4, or the new N4 Dual Carriageway during these times, especially motorists who may have dash cam footage.
