Keash ‘King of the Hill’ takes place on Saturday

Keash King of the Hill (KOTH) takes place on Saturday July 26th commencing at 7pm with both a 5km and 10km route and also a 5km fun run. Each route is an individual course that traverses the wonderful countryside of Keash and takes in views of the Hill and its infamous Caves.
Both routes are across road and offer a challenging course to participants.
The 10km starts on the flat beside Eastern Harps Club house and heads towards Keash Church and continues over multiple testing uphill’s with some fast paced decline, across some flat roads all of which have spectacular views all along the course and ends at the White Hall at Keash. A route that is certainly challenging and definitely an excellent bench mark the Warriors Run in Strandhill some four weeks later.
The 5km also starts beside Eastern Harps Club house and heads towards Culfadda village, turning right climbing for your first uphill and brings you towards Keash with views of the Hill and Caves and finishing at the White Hall Keash.
This year the run is raising funds for Keash/Culfadda/Gurteen Community Defibrillator Group; an amazing collection of individuals who offer a fantastic service to our local area.
Post race refreshment available at the White Hall, Keash.
Registration is open and available via: https://coreregistered.com/index.php/events/sports/ireland/keash-king-of-the-hill-25.
