Medevac 112, the emergency air ambulance based at Custume Barracks in Athlone landed in Boyle Wednesday morning.
Thankfully the medical emergency did not necessitate the patients transfer to hospital via air.
The helicopter did not shut down it’s engines and left again after 15 minutes.
