Pilates/Tabata class on Wednesday

Ann Wynne Pilates is back with some new options for Wednesday evenings, or if you feel like getting your workout done early then kick start the day with a 7am class.

Wednesday September 11th

7am – 7.40am Tabata ( High Intensity Interval Training)

6pm – 6.55pm  Pilates ( Beginner/Intermediate level )

7pm – 7.55pm  Run Free ( Strength, Conditioning/Flexibility )

8pm – 8.55pm Pilates for Men ( Beginner/Intermediate level )

All classes commencing on Wednesday 11th of September in the Convent Primary school gym.
