Drumanilra Farm Kitchen seek an experienced Cafe and Deli Manager to help us manage our fast growing business and to work with our young and enthusiastic team.
This is a full-time permanent position.
You will manage operations and supervise shifts serving local, organic and artisan food.
Many of our ingredients are produced on our own Drumanilra Organic Farm just fifteen minutes away on the shores of Lough Key.
Our menu includes our signature Dexter beef burgers, hand-cut fries, barista coffees, speciality teas, salads, soups and weekly specials.
The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the operation of a successful café or deli, will be hands-on and passionate about artisan food and customer service, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and able to work calmly under pressure at busy times.
Barista experience and an interest in food and cooking are desirable.
Approx. 35 hours a week including weekends.
