Drumanilra Farm Kitchen require an experienced Cafe Manager to help us manage the Drumanilra Farm Kitchen, a unique organic food venue in Boyle.
This is a maternity cover position but with potential to become permanent as the business grows.
You will work alongside one other duty manager to manage operations and supervise shifts serving local, organic and artisan food.
Many of our ingredients are produced on our own Drumanilra Organic Farm just fifteen minutes away on the shores of Lough Key.
Our menu includes barista coffees & speciality teas, organic salads, soups, weekly specials, organic hand-cut fries and our signature Dexter burgers.
Our food is served from a bespoke “shepherd s hut” style catering trailer in the centre of Boyle on Elphin Street.
We have in-door and garden seating and a take-away offer. We have a kids’ menu and play area.
The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the operation of a successful food unit, will be hands-on and passionate about artisan food and customer service, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and able to work calmly under pressure at busy times. Barista experience, an interest in cooking, and up to date food safety qualification desirable. Full driving licence essential.
