Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton has said a positive jobs announcement for Roscommon town could be made in June 2015.
Speculation has been rife in the county town that a medical device company are to set up operation in IDA Business Park.
This week Independent TD Denis Naughten said he has had discussions with the Minister concerning the jobs and an he was informed that a positive announcement by the IDA is expected later this year.
