‘Life after Lockdown’ goes on display in Boyle

Almost forty works of art by children aged from 3 to 14 will go on display Friday at Boyle Library as part of our ‘Life After Lockdown’ exhibition.

The work can be viewed during Library hours until Saturday, September 19th.

With no festival this year and no children’s workshops, we invited young people to enter a work of art to the Boyle Arts Festival Children’s Art Exhibition and asked them to use their experiences during the recent lockdown as inspiration.

All of the entries are comprised of drawings, paintings, photographs and collages and are of a very high standard, showcasing many diverse and exciting styles of art by some of our artists of the future.

Venue: Boyle Library in King House.

Dates: Friday August 28th to Sat. Sept 19th.

Time: Tuesdays to Saturdays during Library hours.

Boyle Arts Festival is extremely grateful to Better Buy and Surprises Giftware for kindly offering to sponsor this event and also to the staff of Boyle Library for their assistance.
