Launching Sunday 8th March train to improve your time or cover a goal distance of your choice.
What you get:
1. Set your target at the start of the 6 week period and train for your goal time or distance
2. Receive training plan each week for 5k/10k beginner or improver. Advanced participants will receive a weekly workout to build into their overall training plan.
3. Access to our closed group where you will receive virtual support and encouragement by other club members
4. All participants who complete the 6 week challenge will receive a Boyle AC branded gift
