Boyle’s Covid Challenge has raised €5134 for the Brothers of Charity.
A total of 5,822.79 kms were run or walked by the participants.
Organised by Boyle GAA club, they would like to “sincerely thank everyone who donated to this worthy cause”.
“A special thank you also to Jackie Valentine who calculated the mileage daily throughout the month”.
“At the start of the month, we set an initial target of raising €750 and walking/running 1,900 kms. We underestimated the generosity and dedication which exist in our great community”.
