A large crowd gathered on Friday evening in King House for the launch of “Through Christy’s Lens Volume 2”
The compilation of photographs from the archives of Boyle freelance photographer Christy Regan was launched by Sligo journalist Harry Keaney.
Harry spoke of the many assignments both himself and Christy covered over the years.
He said one of his first memories was covering Boyle Show with the late Connie Fallon as their point of contact.
Harry recalled many events and trips he covered with Christy whom he described as a gentleman and gentle man.
Mary and Evelyn Regan presented Harry with a token of appreciation for launching the book.
Priced at €20. proceeds from the sale of the publication will go to charity.
