Having secured promotion to Junior A, the Cooney Motors sponsored team took on Micheal Glaveys on Friday evening. Boyle worked hard but spent most of the game trailing by a point or two until Glaveys scored a goal in the second half which Boyle never responded to. Boyle eventually lost out by 1.3.
