SENIOR FOOTBALL
Our Cooney Motors Junior team play Roscommon Gaels in the refixed 10th Round of the Division 3 league on the 2nd of July at 8pm in Lisnamult.
UNDERAGE FOOTBALL
Our U15 boys (submitted pictured above) represented Roscommon in the Division 1 All Ireland Feile competition on Saturday. A hectic day of three group games saw them successfully navigating their way to the semi final where they faced a skill-full and physical Derry outfit. Boyle’s goal scoring accuracy combined with a second half two pointer brought them victory in a hard fought bruising contest. Carrying a couple of injuries and fatigue from the previous four games saw them come up short against an excellent Cavan Gaels side.
Thank you to all the parents, supporters, management and coaches who brought the boys to the pinnacle of underage football and also finally a massive thank to the boys themselves who did Boyle proud on the day, the future of Boyle GAA is looking bright.
