Tune in to Operation Transformation on RTE 1 tonight at 9.30pm to see Katherine Lynch take part in last Saturday morning’s parkrun in Lough Key Forest Park.
A bright sunny Saturday seen the Park look at it’s best for the filming with a large number of participants turning up for the weekly run.
Originally from Mohill, Katherine splits her time between her new apartment in Temple Bar, and her family home in Leitrim. Katherine suffers from high cholesterol and really wants to get it under control before she has to deal with a health crisis. If Katherine reachs her target weight, her dream is to do a ‘sexy’ photoshoot for Life magazine.
